Welcome to the golden sands in this large, bright, well-equipped apartment located in the heart of the landing beaches, with an unobstructed view of the surrounding countryside.

It is located in a quiet area by the sea, a 10-minute walk from Vierville sur Mer beach. It is located on the 2nd floor without an elevator.

It includes on one level, separate sleeping area

- A spacious and bright living room with lounge area (sofa, armchairs, TV)

- Dining room (large table for 10 people)

- A fitted and well-equipped kitchen (microwave oven, traditional oven, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, etc.) It is open to the living room for greater conviviality

- 2 separate toilets

- 2 bathrooms, one with a large walk-in shower

- 4 bedrooms: 2 bedrooms with 160 cm bed, 2 bedrooms with 140 cm bed and 1 140 cm bunk bed and cupboard in each bedroom

- pantry equipped with a washing machine and dryer.

Baby equipment. Our plus points: beds made on arrival, towels and household linen provided.

In order to offer you a peaceful arrival, we provide you with a welcome kit with toilet paper, dishwasher tablet and trash bag. Remember to complete it according to your needs.

Please note: the leisure center located on the ground floor and 1st floor of the building welcomes children every Wednesday during school periods (from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.) and from Monday to Friday during school holidays in the Caen academic zone (except Christmas holidays). ) A private parking space in the courtyard and other free spaces in front of the cottage.  

Possibility of parking bicycles or motorcycles in a closed garage.

New: Cycle path from St Honorine des Pertes to the town of Arromanches Tourist documentation is at your disposal as well as restaurant addresses for gourmands and gourmets!!
