The industrial apartment is located on the first floor of a residence of 8 apartments in a very elegant 16th century building in the city center.

The environment is calm and relaxing, able to accommodate 3 people, the Industriel can be rented with the "Charme" gîte (3+ 3= 6 places) apartment available on our account (or request by email).

The apartment has:

✩A living room with well-equipped kitchenette area (oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, etc.)

You can also enjoy a fully enclosed shared interior courtyard equipped with garden furniture for a peaceful, outdoor moment of relaxation.

A shared laundry room is also at your disposal including a washing machine and dryer, iron and drying rack.

Included: Wifi, beds made on arrival, bathroom and household linen provided, baby equipment on request only.

In order to offer you a peaceful arrival, we provide you with a welcome kit with toilet paper, dishwasher tablet and trash bag. Remember to complete it according to your needs.
